To the best of our knowledge, we don’t know anyone directly involved or affected, but our utmost and heartfelt sympathies go out to those who are.

My wife and I walked up Queen Street and ed the corner outside the station less than an hour before this happened. It’s a sobering thought. Tweets from the Scottish Government report that three children are among the six reported fatalities. My heart goes out to those involved.
Urgh – it gets worse. I hadn’t heard details of the casualties. Barely a year after the equally bizarre Clutha tragedy as well :(
