Beat the Dealer – Edward Thorpe

One of the earliest books on Blackjack, which was published back in the mid-1960s, Beat the Dealer is still applicable to present day readers too. It sums up to an interesting read for players looking to understand the Blackjack rules and learn the author’s winning strategies.

Apart from the above-mentioned content, the book contains other subjects such as tricks to overcome cheating in casinos. It also includes many tables and numbers to provide a better understanding of the concepts and techniques which Thorp tries to explain.
