Not the first cover of “Let It Go” we’ve ever heard, but a great take on one of the most annoyingly catchy Disney songs of recent years – and the first with a rap section. My daughter still sings it better, but I’m biased.
Bassist Garrett Weakley says:
When Invogue asked us to create a holiday song, we knew we would want to do something a little different. We decided to go with a song that was very out of our element and bring our own spin to it. We were really nervous about changing some of the lyrics, but once we were done we felt that we had created something truly special. We pushed the bridge to really be something inspiring and follow the message we tend to advocate for in this band. We’re so excited to present our cover of “Let It Go” from Disney’s Frozen.
