A band about which I have incredibly limited information, but I wanted to point you in their direction anyway, Spasmophiliaque are a genre-smooshing band. They play a fairly intricate version of technical progressive death metal so they’re noisy, widdly, and have an unusual line in rhythmic changes.
They recently released their first album, First Step on the Wild Side, with a video for one of the tracks imminent.
