Classic Cover: Don’t Stop Believing – Ale Nammur, Marina Ammouri & Union of Musicians (original by Journey)

On International Women’s Day, Brazilian musician Ale Nammur, who played in the hard rock/AOR/melodic rock band Adellaide, released his newest brand new music video honoring all women, especially his mother with Alzheimer’s disease. The chosen song was “Don’t Stop Believin'”, by Journey, in an emotional version/tribute filled with special (inter)national guests.

In addition, Ale Nammur would like to show the importance of showing solidarity with families who suffer with a loved one with this disease, transmitting a lot of positive energy, and empathy in this difficult moment.

Choosing this song is self-explanatory, honoring one of the strongest women ever, my dear mother, who taught me to be who I am today. She was the one who gave me my first guitar when I was only 15, and she would never dream of not seeing myself playing. I can’t describe how strong she is and how much we believe in her! This project does not aim at any financial return and is basically also to give strength and a beautiful “never stop believing” to all the families of all those carriers of this disease.
