Who are you guys and where are you from?
Hi. Firstly we wanted to thank you for the opportunity to give this interview for you! Our team consists of six lovely guys from Poland. More precisely, the capital of the country – Warsaw. In our band are two vocalists (Paweł and Guru), two guitarists (Adam and Bene), bassist (PJ) and drummer (Tommy).
How long have you been together?
On the Polish music scene quite long, since 2003, but our team has changed continuously along those years. The current lineup was created in 2014.
Describe Spontane’s music.
We think our music is an interesting and original. Each of us, listen to various bands and brings on something compatible with his musical taste. In our music we combine elements of punk rock, hardcore and heavy metal.
What are your influences?
As we said before, each of us likes to listen different bands and music styles. We like Iron Maiden, Rise Against, Trivium, RATM, Limp Bizkit and many, many others. We do not stick to the only one music style and try to expand our music horizons as much, as possible.
Is Moira your first album? How did you fund it?
Moira is our first LP and this album was financed only from our private funds.
What is your live show like?
First of all, our live performances characterise a mass of energy that we try to give for our fans. We believe that our songs are created to play live. On the live shows we do everything we can to make our concert an unforgettable experience for our fans.
What is the most memorable thing you’ve seen or done as a band?
Most memorable thing we have done, is for sure our first live show in Warsaw’s Club Progresja. In those times we were quite young guys, without any stage experience, just wanted to play some music to the people. We this day frequently.
If you could tour with any two bands, who would they be?
It would be really hard to find just one, or two bands, we would like to make a tour with, but I think all of us could be highly interested in US tour with Metallica and Slayer! Seriously, we are not very fussy, so we would do it with Trivium and Limp Bizkit with pleasure!
