Is this your first Bloodstock?

It’s my seventh Bloodstock this year but our first time playing the festival.

How are you finding the experience of playing?

It’s really cool as we have VIP access and we’re meeting a load more people than we would normally. It’s incredible to see all the ‘behind the scenes’ stuff.

What do you reckon has caused the festival to sell out this year?

I think it’s the quality of it. There’s great bands and a great atmosphere and people keep coming back year upon year. Like, I met people in 2013 and they’ve get coming back year upon year. I buy my ticket before the lineup is even announced sometimes as I just love the atmosphere.

If you had to pick the lineup, what bands would you pick?

Oh man. I can’t speak for the band as a whole, but I personally would like to see bands like Meshuggah and Gojira. Kind of bands that played as special guests a couple of years back like Devin Townsend and the likes.

What are the bands plans for the next six months?

We’re ing Suffocation in a few weeks time in Bristol and then we’re taking a break from gigging and hunkering down to work on our album. We’re about halfway done and are aiming for a late January / early February release.
