After interviewing a lot of bands face to face, it had been a long time since I had an interview about different sides of the music business. The next avenue of the music business that I wanted to find out about was that of the promoters of the gigs that you and I attend, and how things are on their side of the business.
I took it upon myself to a few promoters and Dan Carter of the mighty DC Sound Attack replied. He shared with us the pressures promoters are under, gives advice to younger bands and what to do if you wish to become a promoter.
