A couple of weeks ago Rob Sutton PM’d me to ask if I would give the guys running Pentre fest an interview. Because Rob holds a decent amount of blackmail material on me, I said yes. So, on my show the following Tuesday I interviewed Ian “Beany” North on my Moshville Radio show (I have a show every Tuesday 8pm-11pm, make sure you tune in!). During that interview I decided the festival was a must and booked my hotel. What an excellent decision that was! Dragging myself up the M40 and M6 on a Friday afternoon to what was a fantastic weekend with a stacked line up.
I was very fortunate to get to interview several of the bands, a duty I shared with Rob Sutton and some of the other guys from Thrashatouille as I had sworn them in as deputies for the weekend. Anthony Timmis took on the task of interviewing the amazing Ellena, while Shells was probably at the bar.
