Recall the Remains, (is that not a brilliant name for a band?), are well known to us here at Moshville Times having been interviewed and reviewed up and down the country, including their last minute slot at Bloodstock 2023. They are also going to travel all the way to Glasgow to grace us with their presence at Moshville Oktoberfest 2023.
They are a Telford-based metalcore outfit who have been keeping busy during 2023 by releasing a trilogy of single/videos as well as writing material for their next release. Recall the Remains have created a name for themselves on the UK circuit and have been busy writing songs for their next mini album. I am sure there will be bigger things to come from them now that the world is beginning to open up again.
Recall the Remains like to play their take on deathcore, metalcore and everything inbetween. It was an absolute pleasure interviewing the band and here we find out what they have been working on since the release of the three singles “Lifetaker”, “Empty Woods” and “Fairfield”.

Funny, because after talking to Jacob after a gig once I said to him I don’t know how on earth he gets that range in his voice from such highs to such lows. And he said it’s just all the exercises – all the caterwauling.
Yeah, it was cool when he was talking about the Mongolian vocal technique. I discovered him doing it on his tiktok. Thanks for taking the time to comment and watch the interview
