Melted Messiah hail from Dunfermline on the east coast of Scotland, and have been a band for just over ten years. As for the style of music they play, it is best left to the band to describe it: “stoner/sludge, jazz/doom black metal”.
Another novel factor about Melted Messiah is the fact that they are a two piece, with Mark on guitars and Jon on drums, making them a much darker version of The White Stripes. All joking aside, this band have been making a lot of noise in the underground and have played all around Scotland and have travelled to other parts of the UK within the last couple of years, playing at festivals such as Beermageddon.
Melted Messiah are also due to play our festival, Moshville Oktoberfest 2023, and bring something unique to the festival and I for one cannot wait to see them live. This was therefore a prime reason to Mark Golder and Jon Holt about what’s been happening in the MM camp since their last album Some Good Riffs was released in the spring of this year.
