Simple things first – where are you guys from?
We are from The Black Country in the West Midlands
How long have you been playing together as a band?
We have been together as a band since August 2021 so nearly 3 years as a band!
Where does the name of the band come from?
It was actually Matt who came up with the name of the band. We wanted something unique, easy to research and easy to and we believe it does all 3 of those things!
Describe your music. What makes you unique?
RAW BRUTALITY! We are very much a throwback melodic death metal band in the vain of In Flames and as we are all fans of old school Metalcore we love big thick catchy Choruses that you can sing the words to! So learn the lyrics!
What’s your live show like? Why are people going to watch you instead of another band?
We are very much known for our blistering live shows! We have energy and we love feeding off the crowd and making the crowd feel safe and as if they are with family! Because that is what we are in our local scene!
Have you been to Bloodstock before? What did you think?
Yes. Bloodstock was a regular attendance for some of the band and it has always felt like home to us! To know we are finally going to be playing the festival it is a dream come true!
Which M2tM region did you win, or did you come through other channels?
We are very proud to say we shall be representing Birmingham this year as winners of Metal to The Masses! Big love to all the bands and CapsaArx Studios for putting the event on this year!

Blown away and very honoured!

Stage times haven’t been announced yet, so which other band do you most hope you’re not clashing with so you can see them play?
Hopefully not the Night Flight Orchestra so we can take Simon Hall up on his offer of a dance off!
What are you working on at the moment?
So we have just come out of the studio recording our latest batch of songs and we literally have just wrapped up filming a music video with the amazing Ironside Studios for a new single entitled ‘Paralysis’ so keep your eyes peeled!
What’s the wildest thing you’ve seen or done at a live show?
We played my stag do last year at the tap and Tumblr and I got dressed up in drag 5 minutes before going on stage haha that was a fun one!
What drink do you throw back to get yourself fired up before going on stage?
Madri with a dash for Dave and the 2 Lukes, Desperados for Matt, and something non-alcoholic for Ian!
