Well, the headline pretty much sums it up. Flotsam and Jetsam (interviewed on this very page a few months back) have just been announced for Bloodstock 2014 along with Saxon and Decapitated.
They will headliners Down and Emperor and a whole bunch of others still to be announced
Earlier this year the band signed to Metal Blade and released Ugly Noise, the band’s eleventh full-length album, their first release on Metal Blade since 2001, and the follow up to their 2010 album, The Cold. The record also heralds the return of original Michael Gilbert on guitar and Kelly David Smith on drums, who haven’t recorded with Flotsam And Jetsam since High in 1997.
Bloodstock 2014 will be held in Catton Park, Derbyshire on August 7th to 10th. Tickets for the festival are on sale now and can be purchased from the official website.
