Well, they were hinting at a secret project and here are the details which were dropped this morning…
Kim Wilde and Lawnmower Deth have recorded a seasonal holiday single (I’m deliberately not saying “Christmas” just to wind up all the loonies). The video will be released on December 1st and the single itself will be available on the 14th, at which time you can buy a million copies in the hope that it beats whatever reality TV show crap is pushing for Xmas number one this year.
A trailer for the video is below. Kim Wilde’s still the most radiant of the 80’s pop stars, which offsets the ugly bunch of buggers she’s working with for this project. And that even before you take into the horrendous sweaters they’re wearing…
Kim Wilde is playing in Manchester on December 22nd with the ‘Deth making an appearance as well.
