Put some pennies away for these releases…
Tremonti
Tremonti, the band comprised of Mark Tremonti on vocals/guitars, Eric Friedman on guitars, and Garrett Whitlock on drums, will be releasing their fourth full-length album, A Dying Machine, worldwide via Napalm Records on June 8th. Longtime producer, Michael “Elvis” Baskette, produced the album. The album is currently available for pre-order.
From the militant drum assault of the album opener “Bringer Of War” to the instrumental closer “Found”, A Dying Machine is Tremonti’s most-diverse musical offering to date. Songs like “From The Sky,” “Throw Them To The Lions” and “A Lot Like Sin” are signature Tremonti that fans have come to love from the trio. Songs like “Trust”, “The First The Last” and “Desolation” take the listener to new places sonically, all backed by Tremonti’s signature vocal style.
A Dying Machine is the first concept album of Tremonti’s career. The music is inspired by a story that came to Mark while on the last Alter Bridge tour. During that time, the epic title track “A Dying Machine” was born. The story, which is being turned into a full-length work of fiction authored by Mark Tremonti and John Shirley, takes place at the turn of the next century where humans and fabricated beings called “vessels” are trying to co-exist. Tremonti and Shirley are working on finishing the novel to release alongside the record.
Inkvisitor
Inkvisitor is a thrash metal band founded in 2012 in Jyväskylä, Finland. Having released a debut album entitled Doctrine of Damnation in 2015, the band underwent a drastic line-up change before finally emerging to record its follow-up, the forthcoming Dark Arts Of Sanguine Rituals, which is due out on April 20th.
Revealing that it is a concept album, guitarist Jesse Kämäräinen explains :
We decided to make a concept album because I personally have been a huge fan of them and also because it is a challenging feat to write an entire album revolving around a single story. We also felt that we are doing something fresh since at least I can’t even name one single one thrash metal concept album.

Advent Of Bedlam
Horror Pain Gore Death Productions have signed Costa Rica’s technical death metal destroyers Advent Of Bedlam and are set to release their new album entitled Human Portal Phenomenon May 4th on CD and Digital formats.
Pre-order the Digital for only $6.66 via bandcamp.
Hailing from Costa Rica, Advent Of Bedlam play intense, progressive and melodic technical death metal. Human Portal Phenomenon is a non-stop journey full of vile melodies, sick drumming and corrosive vocals. A furious manifestation of extreme blackened ages, inspired by different human phenomenons such as Nikola Tesla’s poem ‘Fragments Of Olympian Gossip’, as well as orwellian hymns to concepts like debt, synapses and organ traffic.
This album is the much anticipated third stereo swarm from Advent Of Bedlam, and was produced at Cavan Studio in Heredia, Costa Rica by the bands own guitarist Max Gutiérrez. VH1’s That Metal Show have proclaimed Advent Of Bedlam as ‘Costa Rica’s best metal export’, and Human Portal Phenomenon is an album that does that title justice. A must-have release for fans of Belphegor, Dead Congregation, Hate Eternal, Immolation, Incantation and Morbid Angel.
