Due to facebook being complete arseholes, UKEM Records’ owner had his wiped and therefore lost access to the label’s page so he’s had to create a new one where all future announcements will be posted.

The story? Facebook have wrongly associated the band Sleipnir with having right wing political views (which couldn’t be further from the truth, they are viking metal from Yorkshire! [according to UKEM, Bedfordshire according to Metal Archives – Mosh]). Unfortunately they share a name with a German band from the 90s who _did_ have right wing views… But since when did actual facts and a bit of research get in the way of a witch hunt?
With regards to Sleipnir, they are also having issues with Facebook and are actually considering a name change to save any more of this utter madness. Their new album is still up for pre-order under the Sleipnir name. All pre-orders received are a big fuck off to Facebook for being so wrong!
