Bloodstock are busy sorting out their bar offerings for 2015. Bloodstock prides itself on delivering quality at great prices and this year will be working alongside new bar operators, Bespoke Festival Bars, who own and run a number of fantastic local pubs. The ale partner of choice is once again the award winning Hobgoblin, Bloodstock’s co-partner of several years. Hobgoblin are also proud sponsors of Bloodstock’s Metal 2 The Masses unsigned programme and will lend their name to the newly christened “Hobgoblin New Blood Stage” for 2015.
Changes to bar offerings this year include the lager on tap now being Carling! Bloodstock is also pleased to bring you Carling Cider on tap too, which was voted the world’s #1 cider at the International Brewing Awards 2013. As well as some other beery additions, they’ll be launching a newly-brewed Bloodstock ale (or two)! This will be brewed locally at The Boot Brewery, just down the road in Repton, Derbyshire.
There’ll also be an increased range of ales and ciders across all bars on site, and as usual, an especially broad selection in the VIP Serpents Lair bar. The full list of pints on offer this year are still being decided, but last year’s 100+ selection included such gems as Devil’s Deadly Weapon, Rainbow In The Dark, Stairway To Heaven, Black Sabbath, Doom Bar, Top Totty, and of course, our favourite, Hobgoblin. For those who prefer their shorts, there will also be a selection of cocktails, at least in the VIP Serpents Lair bar.
You may ask, “Don’t all these good things come at a price?” Having worked hard with the new bar partners this year, Bloodstock also proudly confirm the price of a pint will go DOWN from 2014’s £4.10 per pint to 2015’s £4.00 per pint!
