Before I get to the press release can I just say that other bands need to play close attention. When you release “UK” tour dates which consist of London and Manchester (like *cough* Exodus’ last visit), it’s not a UK tour. It’s a couple of dates in England. This, now, this… this is as “UK” a tour as you could manage. Every home nation with at least one date – sixteen in all, plus one in the Irish Republic. Can’t wait to see who the acts are!
Bay Area thrash titans Exodus are hugely pleased to announce they will be returning to our UK and Irish soil in 2016.
Their tour commences on 25th February in Birmingham, taking the band around our shores via a headline appearance at Hammerfest, Gwynedd – finally culminating in Southend on 13th March before moving onto Europe. Exodus played to London and Manchester fans this summer, and are now keen to disperse their thrashing annihilation further across the UK.
Legendary singer Steve “Zetro” Souza said on the announcement:
Can’t wait to get back to the UK to hang out with all the British Exo maniacs, we only did London and Manchester last time and it was fucking bonkers!!!!! Looking forward to a more in depth UK jaunt, so get ready for the Exodus invasion in Great Britain… It’s gonna get violent!!!!
