Bloodstock’s annual, hugely popular, grass roots-ing ‘Metal 2 The Masses’ scheme offers unsigned and DIY bands the chance of being part of the Bloodstock festival experience. Plans for 2017’s are under way and Bloodstock along with their favourite ale, Hobgoblin, are aiming once again to track down the best breaking metal bands across the UK!
Below is the list of participating venues and regions so far (there’s more to come in Europe) – so if you’re in a self-signed or unsigned band and want to try out for a slot on the Bloodstock bill, then get in touch with the promoter near you for details and get yourselves involved! One winner from each event will win a slot on the ‘New Blood’ stage, with some lucky runners up also considered. Of course, Moshville Times will be covering all the New Blood bands in the run-up to the festival opening so you’ll find yourselves on our hallowed pages as well!
