Essex-based death metallers Beyond Extinction have announced a poignant tribute show to their late guitarist, Zach Scott, who ed away in August 2023. Raising awareness for the alarming rate of male suicide in the UK, this heartfelt event takes place on 17th August 2024 in The Underworld, London, and sees a line-up consisting of bands that Zach toured and worked closely with over the years, including Beyond Extinction, Godeater, Glower, Bitterwood, Existentialist, Dygora, How Long Have You Been Driving, and headliners Osiah.
Alongside the bands performing, all proceeds and donations will go towards three charities chosen by Zach’s family to raise awareness and funds to individuals grappling with mental health challenges: Young Minds, Help Musicians, and CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

On August 7th 2023, we sadly lost our brother and best friend, Zachary Scott, at the tender age of 20. Just over a year after this ing, we’re coming together to host “Never Forget Your Own”, an event dedicated to commemorating and celebrating Zach’s life. us for a day of bands that Zach had either toured with or worked closely with, who created some of our most cherished memories of Zach.
This even serves as a meaningful fundraiser for vital charities, aiming to raise awareness and funds to individuals grappling with mental health challenges.
