News popping up on ticket and venue sites tells us that unfortunately July’s UK arena tour (as well as many festival appearances elsewhere) are cancelled. Ann Wilson is undergoing some medical work which should hopefully see her back on her feet for live shows later in the year.
This is the message from the OVO Hydro website:
We regret to inform you that the Heart UK tour is cancelled.
In late May, Ann Wilson will undergo a time-sensitive but routine medical procedure for which the minimum recovery time is six weeks.
Heart deeply regrets this unfortunate circumstance and hopes to return to Europe soon.
Tickets will be refunded from your point of purchase.
We wish Ann all the best and look forward to seeing the band once she’s feeling better and the dates can be rescheduled.
