Middle of the day, middle of the week, but certainly not middle of the road! Here’s today’s selection of new (probably) videos for you to browse through while you steel yourself for the downhill stretch to the weekend!
Paves – “Take Me While I’m Here”
Kicking things off with some nice rock’n’ roll is the new one from psychedelic rockers Paves. With just a single single out, that I’m aware of, these could be ones to look out for as they tour this Spring before they get big and start charging a lot more for their tickets.

Rideau – “Bloodshot”
Ramping it up a notch, Swedish hardcore / punk band Rideau have their self-titled debut album out on April 1st. “Bloodshot” is a taster of what to expect when it launches.
Martriden – “Cold and Silence”
Slower, but heavier now with Denver’s Matriden. “Cold and Silence” is the title track from their 2015 album, and is full of dark vocals, thumping drums and orchestral overtones. You can the track for free from Bandcamp, and order the album there as well.
Fear Theories – “My Own Worst Enemy”
A nice slab of traditional heavy metal to treat your ears courtesy of this song from Norway’s Fear Theories. It’s lifted from their forthcoming debut album The Predator which comes out on February 26th.
Inner Blast – “Insane”
And finally, Portuguese female-fronted gothic metallers Inner Blast have premiered the lyric video for the track “Insane”, which was taken off the band’s debut full-length Prophecy, out on April 15th via Nordavind Records.
