Stormrider drop new video – catch them in Manchester tonight!

Manchester based heavy metal band Stormrider announce their debut single and accompanying music video for the song “Heavy Metal Machine”.

The song was recorded and mixed by Chris Taylor (Noiseboy Studios) in September and October 2017 and mastered by Adam Stokel. The song is currently available to stream and on the band’s official Bandcamp page and you can see the music video on their official Facebook page and Youtube channel (or, you know, scroll down). The artwork for the single was created by Andrej Bartulovic of All Things Rotten and depicts a cyborg machine walking through a smoking landscape. The artwork is a great reflection of the musical themes that you can hear in “Heavy Metal Machine”.

Rob of Stormrider comments:

This year has been a very busy year for Stormrider with a lot of writing and rehearsing our first set of songs. We are currently playing and booking shows around the Manchester region and we are about to celebrate the release of our debut single “Heavy Metal Machine”. It’s classic heavy metal with plenty of influences (Maiden, Priest, etc.) running through the track’s veins. We really hope that everyone likes what we have to offer and this only the start!

The video’s below and you can catch the band on the following dates:

  • 29/10/2017 Night and Day Café (with Pulvis Et Umbra)
  • 21/11/2017 Rebellion Bar
  • 30/11/2017 Grand Central
  • 20/01/2018 The Ruby Lounge
