Saturday night, kicking back after the kids have gone to bed, checking out some new tunes…
Tarah Who?
We’ve featured punk duo Tarah Who? three times in the past as Band of the Day – 2020! The L.A. based grunge-punk powerhouse duo fronted by Tarah Carpenter, writes emotionally charged and thought provoking songs, as well as in your face videos. This includes their latest single and video for “Swallow That Pill”, out yesterday.
Carpenter says about “Swallow That Pill”:
We have all been told at least once in our lives that we have to “face the music” or that we don’t have a choice. However, every decision that we make is a choice. You may not like the outcome but whatever experience you go through in your life, it is your decision to make to keep doing it or to quit.
Ewigkeit
Ewigkeit’s new digital EP Depopulate is released today on all streaming services, via Death To Music productions – an antidote is not assured.
“There are plenty of unanswered questions, and therefore subsequent theories about the origins of this pandemic which has affected all of us. The EP explores the various conspiracy theories surrounding the Covid19 pandemic, it’s origins and subsequent media censorship.” says James Fogarty, the man behind the British music project.
Below is the second lyric video – this one for the track “Plandemic?”.

Particles
Particles and Superbia Music Management are glad to announce the release of the new single “Judas Kisses”. The worst betrayals often hide behind sweet lies and Judas’ kisses. This is why it is not easy to immediately recognize a toxic relationship that can subtly crumble our defenses and dictate the rules of the game. “Judas Kisses” tells the raw experience of betrayal and is the single with which Particles inaugurate a new chapter of their project.
Expect more from Particles as 2021 progresses!

This big, uptempo rocker is rammed full of riffs, hooks and harmonies; it sees these AOR favourites continue to take things up a notch with every release and is guaranteed to delight their avid fans no end!

Comatose
Minnesota-based atmospheric rock/grungegaze unit Comatose yesterday released their debut full-length, A Way Back, via Transcending Records.
Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Zach Zurn at Carpet Booth Studios, A Way Back is the sound of the existential dread of musicians in 2020 who’ve had their way of life quite literally torn apart by the chaos of the year.

Fever 333
GRAMMY® Award-nominated musical activists Fever 333 have shared an official music video for “Wrong Generation”, the title track of their acclaimed, recently released EP. The video, which was directed by Djay Brawner, sees Travis Barker ing in on drums.
Fever 333 vocalist Jason Aalon Butler spoke about the clip, telling Revolver:
We were hoping to make a video that offered a similar energy and excitement to the live element of this Fever 333 project. I also wanted to give a nod to “Song 2”, one of the coolest music videos ever made. Put these vibes together and we ended up with this.
