Dold Vorde Ens Navn are now unleashing the sinister video “Syke hjerter” (“Sick Hearts”) as the third single taken from their forthcoming debut full-length Mørkere (“Darker”), which has been slated to darken the world on November 12.

The lyrics of “Sicke hjerter”, which translates as “Sick Hearts”, are particularly difficult in the sense that they deal with adversity in the present that is tied to both a personal and historical past. The internal conversation in this text leans towards reverse psychology, or rather the necessity of reverse psychology. Wisdom is not solely rendered through making mistakes or having negative experiences, but also in acknowledging oneself as the person who made these mistakes and/or lived through these experiences.
