Victoriana infused hard rock artist Joan Avant is releasing a lyric video for her new single “Better Broken” on the 5th of November. And, yes, we know it’s only the third but we’ve managed to get it early for you! Based out of Dallas, Texas, Joan transcends genre boundaries writing classically inspired music with an experimental, heavy edge.
Joan tells us:
“Better Broken” is a slow burn of a song that builds in intensity. It’s a personal song about toxic relationships that are better left broken. It’s one of my favorite songs on the album, Dies Irae.
Dies Irae itself comes out on December 10th. In the meantime, kick back and wallow in “Better Broken”.
