Feisty female four-piece rock band JOANovARC played an intimate show at The Black Heart in Camden on 9 November to celebrate the launch of their smashing debut album Ride Of Your Life. Sarah reviewed the album for us recently.
The girls played an impressive sixteen-song set to a packed crowd. As well as playing all eleven tracks from the album, they also played a selection of covers, for which they were ed on stage by some famous faces; Adam Barron, Dave Colwell and John Altman.
came from Brighton-based grunge/punk/rock band Auxesis. Considering this was only their third live show they did a brilliant job of warming up the crowd, with Mel Sanson giving a ionate vocal performance.
