Kerri covered this event for us, the first heat in 2018’s competition to win a place at August’s Bloodstock event. As ever, the lineup was strong with four acts pitting themselves against each other… but only two could go through to the next stage.
The two “slightly better than the other two” acts who made it this time around were Ketos and Lock Horns, with Disconnect and Elder Druids taking home some rather metallic wooden spoons. I’m sure they’ll be back again!
