Metal 2 The Masses London returned to The Unicorn in Camden on Sunday 23rd February with four more self-signed and unsigned bands battling it out for the opportunity to play at Bloodstock Open Air Festival; the UK’s biggest independent metal festival. Competing this week were Aggro (metal), Day Of Wrath (metal), Kursk (heavy metal) and TIDES (hard rock).
After all four bands played the crowd were treated to a performance by non-competing band Garganjua whilst the judges deliberated. The winning bands this week were TIDES and Aggro – huge congratulations to both bands.
This was the last of the “heat” rounds of Metal 2 The Masses London, but keep an eye on the Facebook page for details of the next installment of the competition.
